Is that panicum in that series of four shots above. A great idea to show how the plants advance thru the season. Prairie grasses rarely reach their full potential of colour and height here in Ireland. The cool season grasses do better….much to my regret. Sigh.
Yes, Panicum virgatum ‘Shenandoah’. No, Ireland is certainly not the ideal situation for the warm season prairie grasses. 🙂
